The Problem
The UK property operator market was broken
Landlords had no structured way to find operators
Word of mouth, Facebook groups, and cold outreach. No way to compare, no way to verify, no way to know if an operator was credible before handing over the keys.
Operators had no scalable way to find landlords
Expensive advertising, time-consuming networking, and competing on price rather than quality. The best operators were losing to the loudest ones.
